XAMPP – Make your Computer a Webserver: Apache, PHP, MySQL
XAMPP offers a great free and open source Apache web server already configured to work with PHP, MySQL as well as a mail and FTP server in one easy install. This is an excellent testing environment for LAMP projects allowing you to develop offline before launching them live on the web.
In this video, jimmyrcom takes us through the entire XAMPP setup process. I cannot praise the XAMPP project enough and if you are a PHP developer or just want to play around, I highly recommend giving this a try.

Thanks for this particular stuff. Often times, the very best info come from the articles you actually wouldn’t expect. Not long ago, I decided not to give a whole lot of thought to commenting on blog articles and have left opinions even less. Reading your useful page, may very well inspire me to do this often.
